Hunting methods
1. Individual hunting
- stalking (red deer stag, fallow buck, roe buck, sika deer, mouflon ram)
- hunting from a high seat (red deer stag, fallow buck, roe buck, sika deer, mouflon ram)
- hunting from horse drawn carriages (red deer stag, fallow buck, roe buck, sika deer, mouflon ram)
- individual hunt for small game
- hunting from a water vehicle
- falconry
2. Group hunt
Types of group hunt for big game:
- drive hunt without dogs (red deer hind, yearling, calf, fallow deer doe, yearling, calf, mouflon ewe, lamb, roe deer fawn, kid and wild boar)
- drive hunt with dogs (wild boar)
Types of group hunt for small game (european rabbit, hare, bean goose, greater white fronted goose, huntable species of duck, eurasian collared dove, wood pigeon, pheasant and partridge)
- search hunt
- beating
Big game can only be shot at when it is standing (except for wild boar). Wildfowl can be hunted in flight and a hare when it is running.
